Yoga is a great exercise to get into and it really helped me to grow in confidence, feel comfortable with my body and my energy. I was able to feel very at home in my body and confident in the space I was in.
There are so many different types of yoga and it is best to give a few a try before deciding which you prefer.
You can practice different types depending on the outcome you are looking for in that session. I sometime do yoga specifically for exercising whilst other time I want to center myself and use yoga as a spiritual experience.
