We are pleased to say we ship WORLDWIDE! That’s right, no matter where you are, we will help you reclaim your Zen!
We are pleased to say we currently provide FREE worldwide shipping on all items.
All of our products are shipped using tracked and fully insured shipping methods, meaning that you can track exactly where your zen parcel is and have the peace of mind that it will arrive safely.
As our distribution centres are located all over the world, we ask to allow approximately 7 – 20 business days for delivery from when your order is marked as despatched.
In some cases, such as around the holiday periods and during times of high demand, orders may take up to 30 business days to arrive.
Please also note that we are unable to prevent any delays caused by couriers, customs or any other in transit delay out of our control.
In the event of any delay caused by couriers or customs we ask that you remain patient as your zen parcel makes its way to you and can guarantee it will be worth the wait.
When your order is despatched you will receive your tracking number and a link to track your zen parcel.
If for some reason your order tracking details are not updating, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and we will investigate this for you.
Please allow at least 48 hours from after we mark your order as despatched for the tracking details to be updated. If 48 hours have passed since we marked your order as despatched, please contact us by emailing us at email@example.com and simply provide us with your order number so we can investigate this for you.
We have a large assortment of products stocked from our manufactures all over the world, so in some instances you may receive one item before the next. Please don’t panic if you don’t receive all of your items at the same time, they are definitely on their way and will be with you soon.
Yes! If you contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours we can change your order.
If 24 hours have passed or after you receive your shipping confirmation email, we cannot accept liability for shipping items to the wrong address. Please be sure to check your address carefully at the checkout.
Most times this is because of a typo in the email address, or the email landed in your junk/spam folder.
If you cannot find your order confirmation email in your inbox or junk/spam folder, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we will re-send it for you.

We offer a no quibble 30 day refund period on all products, excluding healthcare/perishable items and gift cards.

As we aim to process all orders as quickly as possible, orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours if you have not already received your shipping confirmation email or if your order has not already been collected by the courier. If 24 hours has passed since you have placed your order or you have received a shipping confirmation, that means the order has been sent and the order can no longer be cancelled
