They come in many different scents such as rose, lavender, citrus, sandalwood and many more, so it is important to find one that you really love. 2. Candles

Candles are also an amazing way to raise your vibration. They come in many different scents and colours so you are able to pick one that resonates with you. You may feel as though you need a certain colour of smell around you, go for that candle and keep it around for as long as needed. The smoke and burning from the candle is also thought to clear the air of negativity.

3. Himalayan Salt Lamp

Himalayan salt lamps are thought to have multiple benefits. Himalayan salt lamps do produce negative ions and although not in large quantities this can be good around electrical items. The salt lamp is also hygroscopic and so it draws in water to its surface and this is quickly evaporated which is great for the air and for you.

Crystals all have their own vibration and propertise, it is therefor t=important to listen to your instinct and choose a crystal that stands out to you. 5. Be around Nature

Being around nature can help bring us back into balance. It allows us to be away from electronics and if you are around water there are more negative ions. Allow yourself to go out into nature and even go bare foot, feel grounded and rooted in both your spiritual and physical body.

7. Place plants in your homoe

Plants can allow you to feel close to nature even when you are indoors. Everything gives of a vibration and plants are not excluded form this. Having living plants around your home can help to raise your vibration in no time. 

8. Listen to music and singing bowls

Listening to music you love can instantly bring you happiness and raise your vibrations. Get the music on and have a dance. Another great way to raise your vibration is to listen to chimes, tibetan music and singing bowls. Many great vibration raising sounds can be found on youtube.

9. Meditate

Meditating is a quick and effective way to raise you vibration. If you are familiar with meditating you may be able to quickly out yourself into the zone and raise your vibration, you may be able to guide yourself into this state. Our minds are our most powerful weapon and we should be using them properly. Don't put yourself down and try not to think negatively. A great way to raise your vibration is by using affirmations. These are all great suggestions. One of my favorite ways is through laughter. Whether goofing around with friends or family, or watching sitcoms or standup comedy, laughter never fails to lift my spirits.
