We have a large assortment of products stocked from our manufactures all over the world, so in some instances you may receive one item before the next. Please don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at the same time, they are definitely on their way and will be with you soon.
Yes! If you contact us within 24 hours we can change your order. If you contact us after 24 hours or after you receive your shipping confirmation email, we cannot accept liability for shipping items to the wrong address. Please be sure to check your address carefully at the checkout.
Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their email in wrong. Throughout the process we send 3-4 emails, including an order confirmation, a fulfilment notice, and a shipping notice.
